This stunning project took place in a newly renovated home in Belmar, NJ, where the homeowners doubled the original space, increasing the home to a spacious 3,000 square feet. This client had a clear vision for the flooring and chose our American Classic Light, a white oak-only option, known for its rich and consistent tone.

The white oak wood itself was reclaimed from a barn in Ohio, and offers a cohesive color palette, ranging from creamy beige to deep chocolate brown hues, and was the perfect fit for this project.

Over the course of three floors, planks ranging from 4 to 9 inches wide , and lengths up to 14’ long were installed, along with over 30 stair treads and numerous handrails. We worked closely with the client’s builder and flooring contractor, providing them with a detailed plan to ensure the vision for the floor’s look and feel was executed perfectly.

The homeowner was thrilled with the finished result—an impeccable, modern farmhouse aesthetic that’s rich, durable, and full of character. This flooring will last for generations.
