Anthony Saraceno

Anthony has been Gary and Lisa’s “guy” at the mill since 2012. Serving as the head of operations and the master craftsman for Real Antique Wood Mill, Anthony is the person that makes all your custom dreams become a reality. With a longstanding passion for creativity, working with his hands, and a love of history, Anthony can say he has truly found a job that he loves.

Tom Simpson

Tom has been with Real Antique Wood Mill since 2017 and is the head of sales. Since starting at RAW, Tom has used his love of design and architecture, coupled with interest in history, to expand both inside and outside sales within the company. Through his creative ideas and knack for being able to listen and understand exactly what a customer wants, Tom has one goal: to thrill our customers with each of the products they purchase from us.

Taylor Saraceno

Taylor joined Real Antique Wood in 2018 and has quickly settled into the position of overall business and office management. Commonly referred to as Oz, she restructured all of the behind-the-scene business operations and is devoted to making sure that every aspect of the business runs as smoothly as possible.

Ronny John

Ronny brought his building maintenance experience to the Real Antique Wood crew in 2021 and now does a little bit of everything for us, from cleaning and maintaining the shop, to changing lightbulbs, to bringing materials out to our customers' cars. He's also one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet!

Gary & Lisa Horvath

After nearly 20 years of operating their own hardwood flooring company, Gary and Lisa found that the history of the material they were installing was not getting nearly enough acknowledgment. So together, Gary and Lisa came up with the foundation of Real Antique Wood Mill – a place where history could repeat itself in things like flooring and custom dining tables.

These days, when the Horvaths aren’t installing your home’s beautiful flooring, they can be found on the road leading the barn demolition crew. Don’t be surprised if you see them in states like Ohio and Florida, or anywhere along the East Coast and Midwest, salvaging beautiful hand-built structures. In what others may see as nothing more than old, rundown barns, Gary and Lisa see your next project.
