A bunch of reclaimed heart pine floor joists, sourced from an old brownstone in Jersey City, New Jersey, were given new life as table tops in this home in Mendham, New Jersey. We kept the original 3-inch thickness of the boards in an effort to maintain all of the character and texture of the wood and then utilized a Festool Domino XL joiner to ensure proper alignment and a strong joint.
